Unter dem Titel Single Hop Ale gibt die Mazák-Brauerei immer wieder neue Hopfenspezialbiere 🪴 heraus. Hier kommt Ekuanot-Hopfen tur Anwendung, den man früher unter dem Namen 📛 Equinox bekannt war. Dies ist ein amerikanischer Aromahopfen, welcher einen hohen Alphasäuregehalt hat und gerne für Pils und IPAs eingesetzt wird, wegen der Aromatik nach Zitrusfrüchten 🍋, Stachelbeeren 🍈 und Apfel 🍏 sowie leichten Kräuternoten. Das alles liefert auch dieses Bier, wobei meiner Meinung nach die Kräuter -Noten 🌿so stark wie die Südfruchtnoten sind.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma of citrus hops, oranges, tropical fruits, zest. Taste is very hoppy with tropical fruits, oranges, zest, pines. Very Good.
