gefunden im Bahnhofskiosk 🚆 Břeclav, wo es in letzter Zeit immer cooles Craftbier, di fand ich auch dieses von einer Brauerei, nicht weit vom Bahnknotenpunkt. Es ist ein sehr intensiv gehopftes IPA, dem ich schon den Titel Imperial 👑 geben würde. Für ein klassisches West Coast IPA fehlt mir ein bisschen die feuchte Spritzigkeit, die man hier durch eine volle Kanne Aromahopfen und dementsprechender Bitterkeit neutralisiert. Nicht schlecht, mir aber etwas zu brutal 🧌

Barva svetle zlatava, mirne zakalena. Pena nizka ale vrstvicka drzi. Vune slad, chleba. Chut malo sladu, vyssi stredni peprna horkost. Dojezd suchy, trochu sviravy. Telo nizsi stredni horkost. Jednoduchy pekne nachmeleny lezak. Fresh hop se asi projevuje tou peprnosti.

From tap @ Ružinovský pivovar Komín. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is shiny gold, hazy, opaque. Aroma is bit better than the taste, citrus, mellow tropical fruits, pineapple, tangerine. Taste is medium malty base, citrus, bit grapefruit, pine touch, spicy, nice balanced harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, good for the style, enjoyed.

Eine Empfehlung eines urigen Stammgastes mit seinem hässlichen Hund 🐕in einer tschechischen Bierbar. Ich muss sagen, dass das Bier 🐺 🍺 wirklich toll finde. So schafft es eine tolle Balance zwischen Hopfen- und Röstmalz im einer Tiefe und Ausgewogenheit, dass es eine wirkliche Freude 😊 ist.

Tap at Kollarko. Orange color with yellowish head. Fruity aroma with oranges, orange peel, coriander. Taste is again fruity, with pleasant sourness, salt is very light, which I liked a lot, coriander. Good one.

Clear dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of coffee, roasted dark malt, liquorice. Taste of roasted dark malt, coffee, chocolate, bread, bitter hops. Good.
