Bottle from Pezinská pivná pumpa. Beer has evolved, now it’s 7.5 vol and has dark amber and clear color with silk head. Smells and looks like almost as double IPA. The aroma is still great, while the look may not be for everyone. Don’t look for gold in there. Taste is dominated by hops. Some grapefruit maybe. Nice smooth bitter finish is finishing this story. Now good (or maybe bad for some) news is that alcohol is well hidden. I wouldn’t dare to take 4 large ones though.

At a tasting, thanks, big muddy brown creamy head, opaque black color, aroma of barnyard, mineral, lactose and pungent notes, flavor of chocolate, sweet and sour sauce and fruit, piercing sourness and not in a good way. Pretty bad, not enjoyable.

Bottle from Pezinská pivná pumpa. Almost 7% abv. I’m scared realizing when and after what I’m drinking this. Aroma holds ground, but won’t offend you. Hazy amber colored body is covered by big head, but... It’s gone in a while. Why it’s called crystal IPA btw? You may find some citruses in taste, but only thing left is bitterness after all. First league in bitterness which lasts long. Nice, but not for everyone.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks zvsn. Black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, yeast, olives, lacto, some stale hops, vegetal notes. Sour flavor, with a bit of roast, fruitiness, vegetables.

0.5l bottle. Clear amber color with medium white head. Aroma: citrus, caramel. Taste: citrus, resins, caramel, pineapple, berries. Medium body, moderate carbnation. Moderate bitterness. Oily texture. Good balance and drinkability.

Draught (backlog).Orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, toffee, mild grassiness aswellas some hrbal notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some floral bitterness, mild grains as well as some grass and herbs. Smooth, but not all too exciting.

Bottle 0.5l. A bit cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- low, fermented, fruity, meal. FLAVOR- pleasantly fruity sour, apricots, malts. Medium to fuller bodied.
