[ As Antoš Bohemia Pale Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, grass, apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, green hops, grass. *** CZECH BEER # 1000 *** @ Pivni Mapa, Praha. Almost clear copper-brown colour with a mid-sized off-white head. Lovely woody-smoky aroma, like from an open fire, with a nice resiny touch. Light-bodied, shy but good malty flavours with a pleasant smokyness, some earthy hops that add more resiny, piney flavours and a bitter finish. Smooth carbonation. Very good.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, yeast, banana, clove. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, yeast, spicy yeast,light banana, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. Draft at GBBF 2014 - London. Day 1. Pours clear, shiny yellow with a foamy topping. Big perfume and herb character, with accents of citrus. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with light bitter hay, pale sugars, grass, flowers. So so.

hazy amber color, bit white head. fruity smell of passion fruit and mango. full obdy, nice slick feel on the tongue. good texture. tastes mango, passion fruit, subtle bitterness and silky feel. very very light bitter aftertaste.

(Keg at William K Annankatu, 20141220) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, malts and molasses. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, molasses, butter, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had molasses, butter, sweetness and bitterness. An easily drinkable malty Czech beer.

Tap @ William K, Annankatu. Mahogany color, thin off white head. Bready, toffee, hoppy, light buttery aroma. Flavor has toffee, white bread, light buttery notes in flavor as well. Long sweetish finish. Dried fruits. Just awesome. So good.
