On tap at GBBF ’14. Copper, very hazy. Decent off-white head. Aroma of pine hop, citrus, lemongrass. Like a big US IPA but slightly more muted. Taste is not as strong as I’d hoped: very little bitterness, and slightly sickly. Finish is incredibly short, and very little to offer in the way of aftertaste: when it’s gone, it’s really gone! Thick body. A good stab at an IPA but the flavour and complexity lack what it takes to mix with the big boys.
