bottle from the brewery. Hazy deep golden with a creamy off-white head. Intensive and really promising aroma of citrus fruit. Solid and intensive malty start, the ideal base for the huge amount of fruity hops that add tropical fruit, citrus fruit and a touch of resine and grass. Smooth palate. Seriously delicious!

Draft at GBBF 2013 - London. Pours lightly hazy golden-brown with a thick, off-white cream head. The nose has some ripe and darkened citrus fruits. Medium sweet flavour with bready malts, orange, light dirt and melon. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with ripe and lightly juicy citrus, along with a bit of rindy citrus bitterness. Good one.

Keg at the Euston Tap, 09/12/13. Lightly hazed golden with a good sized off white covering that retains well. Nose is tarte orchard fruit, light spice, citric dipped straw, earthy pears - just on the turn, Taste comprises light funk, tarte apple skins, lemon rind, rotting apple core, cobwebs, dank straw. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, crisp finale with a refreshing citric tang. Pretty basic sour, come saison, not too complex - easy dirnking. Ok stuff.

Keg @ Euston Tap. Yellow, almost straw. Not quite clear. Small head. Lemon and other strong fruit dominate the aroma. A bit of funk as would be expected. The sourness doesn’t overpower the taste. Almost has a touch of sweetener about it. Clean finish. All in all an ’easy’ sour.

Keg at the Euston Tap - London. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a creamy white head. Decent funk on the nose, some sweat, ripening apples. Light sweet flavor with young but moderately funky brett, acidic lemon, slight doughy bread, more apples. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Nice, cleansing finish with sturdy funk, some underripe peach and pear, white bread. Pretty decent.

Keg at Euston Tap. It pours pale golden yellow with a thick white head. The nose is funky barnyard, earth, brett, hay, dank mouldiness, light acid, cobwebbs and some sherbet. The taste is crisp, earthy, brett, sherbet, some acidity, apple, pear, some underlying sweetness, mould and dust with dry finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Nice attempt at a sour. Smells great, but taste doesn’t quite live up to it. Decent nonetheless.

at the brewpub. Amber colour, fluffy off-white head. Hoppy aroma. Malty start, pleasantly bitter right away from the start, with hints of roasted malts and herbal-grassy-resiny hops. Somewhere between an amber ale and an ESB.

petka z pivovaru. Hazy golden colour, creamy white head, very stable, leaving lacework. Medium-bodied with a malty start, just the right malty sweetness. Perfectly balanced with superb Saaz hop flavours that add some hoppy spice and results in a bitter sweet character. Highly drinkable and really, really, seriously tasty!

petka z pivovaru. Deep brown colour, like dark chocolate, beige head. Aroma of roasetd malts, coffee, dark chocolate. Medium-bodied with a pleasant malty sweetness, lots of chocolate and coffee, a touch of caramel and some spicy and aromatic hops in the finish, which even emphasizes the dark character. A dark delight.
