On tap: Almost black with a ruby sheen, mediim-sized creamy tanned head with a good lace, sweet-fruity, nutty and caramelly nose with a bitter-roasty touch; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, dryish, but not too dry, light to medium bodied; lingering nutty-caramelly finish, balanced by a dry roasty bitterness. On tap at the brewpub in Slaný: Golden, cloudy with a stable and creamy off-white head; moderate fruity (grapefruit . ananas) and bitter nose , not too dry, with a malty sweetish counterpart; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, soft and light bodied; lingering smooth fruity and hoppy finish. Aroma is light malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average to long duration, sour wheat fruity, banana - passion fruit notes. Draught@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, hops and some earthy and rather tropical fruit juicy notes. Flavour is wheat, some mild earthy and malty notes as well as mild yeastyness.
