Die Brauerei ist nach Albrecht von Waldstein (cz.: Albrecht Václav Eusebius z Valdštejna) benannt und das Bier , so vermute ich nach Emanuel Philibert Graf von Waldstein, einem anderen Vertreter dieses Adelsgeschlechtes.
Ich weiß zwar nicht mehr wann und wo ich dieses Bier getrunken habe; ich vermute stark in der Zelená Kočka in Brünn um das Jahre 2017.
Es ist ein Strong Ale, das mit Vic Secret und Enigma-Hopfen gebraut wurde, was eine unvergleichliche, schöne Hopfigkeit im Abgang bringt.
Der Körper ist zwar malzbetont und hat auch einen buttrigen Touch, aber auch hier verschwindet die frische Hopfigkeit nie ganz.
Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen.
