Keg at ol Manchester. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lactic sour and lemon, faint berries. Taste is sharp sour lemon. Sour finish.

Side-by-side with jump maps, would totally have thought they're the same beer otherwise. Surf feels a bit creamier but also has more bitterness. No idea what the difference is, flavor is identical. Nice both of them.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 27/09/22. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is ripe tropical fruits, pine resin, Um Bongo, soft malts, papaya, tangerine. Taste comprises orange pith, dank chimes, grapefruit, light stoned fruits, guava, pine resin, light dextrose tickle, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Solid crushable DIPA.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Durable white head over a hazy grey-golden body, rings of lace down the glass. Promising smell of floral fruit, fading after a while in the glass. Citrus drops to the taste profile, including grapefruit and orange, juicy malts beneath. Rounded hop fruity ending. Very juicy stuff. Refreshing without further excitements. (Tromsø 23.09.2022).

Medium body, a bitter and roasty but some sweetness for balance. Dark chocolate, dark roast coffee, some kahlua. Fairly smooth, rich, finishes dry. Traditional with a twist, very nice.
