Can at home, from HOTM online, 22/12/21. Black with a good sized khaki head that retains well. Nose is dark malts, chocolate, hazelnut, charr, dried fruits, brown sugar melt. Taste comprises chocolate, Reeses cups, bitter roast, charr, nutty, dark fruit rinds, spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol. Solid PNB impy affair ... good balance with roast, nuts and sweetness ... the latter of which is well tempered. 2 beers from these guys now ... hops and dark ... both solid.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 21/12/21. Hazed fruit smoothie orange with a good sized just off white covering that settles to a swirl. Nose is orange wine gums, ripe citric flesh, weed, guava, hint of dextrose, sticky tropical fruits. Taste comprises orange pith, sharp tropical fruits, grapefruit, pine needle, light weed, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly aggressive resinous come grassy hop bitterness. A solid opening for me from this brewer ... quite the bitter edge to this one ... none of that sweet slush!

440ml can. Opaque pale yellow, big white head settling nicely. Aroma of pineapple and mango, slightly dank. Taste is very juicy, fruity, pineapple, mango, grapefruit, dank, some pine and also a very mild savoury note. Medium bodied, very smooth. Perhaps on the green side but really good stuff.

18/12/2021: 440ml can. Murky golden, big white head. Aroma of juicy citrus, melon, papaya. Taste is slightly sweet, massively juicy fruits, melon, papaya, grapefruit, orange, passionfruit, low bitterness. Medium bodied. Superb debut IPA. 29/03/2023: didn't realise I'd already rated this one. Reducing score slightly as it's not as impressive this time round. Still very decent mind.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours deep blood red-purple with a small, creamy pink head. Lightly sweet with mellow acidity, juicy tart blackberry, blueberry, certainly a little jammy. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light warmth in the finish, more jammy-juicy dark berries. Nicely balanced, very drinkable.

440ml can. Pours very hazy lemon gold with a small head. Aroma is onion and sherbet lemon hop. Taste has savoury papaya to start with an oniony lemon finish. A bit too fizzy.
