Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Milky golden body with a white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pine I’m and pastel de nata. Flavour of white wine and underripe pear. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. I was a bit underwhelmed by this; the flavour is quite pithy and as a whole it doesn’t quite gel.

Can. A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Hops bring light pine, a little hop spice, some pretty decent Nelson ripeish grape. Mild skunk, well buried. Juicy Riwaka exotics on the back end and, Citra backfilling well.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this slightly yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation emerging late on. Light smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness, nice. Hops bring soft cooling pine, a fair hop spice nibble that develops into a bite. Nelson and Manila seem like good bedfellows to me
Soft grape, a mild winey ripeness that goes well with the ruby grapefruit vibe of Manalita. Citra backfills nicely. Light and mildly crisp finish leaves a tingling hop spice linger. A lovely brew. Azvex, the most consistent brewer in the UK, for me anyways.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth start to the palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Smooth soft pale malts, a very pleasant light creamy sweetness. Soft pine, soft but reasonably bright citrus, a trace of mellow skunk several fathoms below. Strata? Well, perhaps a touch of soft passion fruit on the end, if yer looking for it. Nice mellow IPA. Sounds like an oxymoron but, this is hoppy enough to keep yer attention but, mellow enough to session without burning yer palate out. Nice.

Can on 26th February 2026 from One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood. Pours solidly hazy yellow amber with collapsing whitish foam and scant lacing. Zesty citrus rind in aroma. Tangy, pithy and zesty citrus blend in-mouth, and a finish of continued citrus and savoury notes. Full body and a smooth texture.

Medium bodied, soft & smooth with a lightly carbonated dry sticky back.
Apricot, melon, lime, boiled sweets & zesty citrus with an earthy tangy finish.
Great IPA.
