Bottled@Pivovarsky Klub. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is sweet malts, paper and rubber. Flavour is about the same with paper and malts in the focus and rubber slightly in the background. Also a lot of hay in the aftertaste.

500ml Bottle - Very dark brown, almost black in colour with a tan head. Appealing aroma with raisins and prunes featuring prominently. Bittersweet tasting at first. It then becomes rather fruity with raisins, prunes and dates featuring along with some smoked notes. I can detect some Christmas pudding in there too. It is a bit sticky to taste but that does not detract from the enjoyment of the beer too much. Very tasty.

(bottle, as Pernštejn Jedenactka, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Slightly hazy, amber colour with a big and slowly lacing foamy white head. Sweet, slightly toasted malty nose with notes of caramel and a whiff of butter, accompanied by shy herbal hoppy touch. Moderately sweet flavour, slim bodied but not watery; slightly crispy carbonation. Slightly toasty cara-malty taste with light notes of marzipan; slim and pretty short malty finish with a shy and slightly metallic hoppy note (05.05.08).
