From backlog. Clear orange color, no head. Sweet, some honey and sugar. Low carbonation, Quite far from typical and good home made sima.

Bottled (from KSM Wasa, Vaasa). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is sugar, some brandy, citrus and mild raisins. Flavour is citrus, some raisins, brown sugar and also a bunch of artificial Brandy flavour.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear pale yellow, no head. Aroma of orange lemonade and honey. Very sweet with light body and clean, sticky mouthfeel. Pretty much like orange lemonade concentrate with added honey. No bitterness.

ABV: 5.0%. ✅ Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate honey, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, white sugar, lemon - citric, light honey. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20211119]

Bottle 50cl. From backlog. Poured typical orange like in color. Industrial feel, overly sweet , not much to do with traditional sima.

Glass bottle at home, Nivala. Color is clear orange with no head. Aromas and flavors: Brown sugar, sweetness, some honey... actually quite bad.

Bottled 500ml (KCM Iisalmi). Peach-golden colour, no head. Sweet raisiny aroma. Light-bodied. Crisp, sweet sugary, raisin flavour, some lemon. Tastes more like Finnish mead than the original version.

Bottled 500ml (S-Market Pori)
Clear golden colour, no head. Sweetish nose with lemon. Light to medium-bodied. Very sweet, sugary with hints of saccarine. Hides all ABV well but as a commericial Sima this is not very good.
