Good stuff! Nice dry bitterness. Simple but effective

Quite earthy in a citra way. Pleasantly easy drinking. But that really malty earthiness overpowers everything for me.

Nice stuff. Fruity. Nothing revolutionary but just pretty good.

Passific Brewing Metal Work Double IPA 8% Lovely luscious gold with a a sweet herbal spicy Aroma. Medium to full bodied with herbal bitter hop notes but sweet approachable goodness. All in all a solid well balanced brew.

Passific Coast Line IPA 6.5% West Coast IPA Nice orange gold with a dense head of foam that leaves copious amounts of lacing behind. The aroma is soft sweet citrus while the beer is medium to full bodied with a smooth slightly velvety mouthfeel. Sweet malt led and old school but very solid. Somewhat surprisingly so for a new Japanese brewery.

Passific Brewing Wallonian Pils with Yuzu 5% Clear matte brass with a dense off-white foam and big yuzu aroma. Medium to full bodied with a raspy carbonation and dry finish. I get yuzu and honeyed malts but not much pils from this. Decent enough beer though.

Passific Brewing Hydro Pump Session IPA 4.5% (left) Murky gold rather than hazy, looks dense with light beige foam. Mild hop aroma, medium to thin bodied with fruity hops but also vegetal notes. This kind of feels like the end of a keg that’s starting to hit some trub.

golden hazy color. Dry grassy but funky underlying heat. Very different take. Very interesting and well balanced. Loved it.

medium brown color. Nice apples, oranges, nice take on new world bitter.

Strong real ale shandy feel to it. Lemon. Light bitterness. Nice feel but touch boring.
