On tap. Pours a clear blonde with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of biscuity pale malt, peach, citrus and floral hops. Mild, sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, light citrus and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and crushable, but a bit boring.

650ml bottle. Pours a clear amber-gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Sweet aroma of grainy caramel malt, honey and pear. Bottle sample at Travois Ale Works, pours a clear blonde, no head. Nose is full of wildflower honey and moderate sweetness. Flavour is medium-to-high sweet for a traditional mead, with moderately complex wildflower honey. There's not a huge amount of depth here, but it's constructed very well. Nice to see such a product made in this small town.

On tap at Travois Ale Works, pours a clear peachy pink with a tiny white head. Aroma reveals sweet wildflower honey and some hibiscus. Flavour is fairly subdued on the honey, with dry wildflower honey and a touch of hibiscus. Gently sweet. Not overly complex. It's alright.

On tap at Travois Ale Works, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is very estery, with candi sugar, Belgian yeast, and cotton candy. Flavour is chaotic, with lots of estery notes, bubblegum, alcohol, and sugars. A total mess. It's not horrific, but they need to figure out how to use the yeast better.

On tap at Travois Ale Works, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is very dirty, with herbal notes, musty notes, and armpit. Flavour is not too pleasant, with musty armpit, poor utilization of the French yeast, and straw. Not quite sure what they were attempting here, but it didn't work. Poor.
