Description
Etienne Laurent & Julien Bie are neighbors and friends with a common passion for brewing beer, we launched our micro-brewery activity in June 2019. And why La Cillyotte? A nod to the hamlet where this beer was born: “Cilly”!
Handcrafted and locally distributed, we offer a wide range of beers so that everyone can find beer to their liking!
We give maximum priority to local players for our supplies. The majority of our malts come from Malteries d'Issoudun (36) and our consumables (bottles, boxes, labels) from companies in the Cher department.
We are committed to going further in this process.
