Tap at Galerie piva, thx Arnaud! Lightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Floral aroma, grainy, some hay, light sulfur. Lean, dry, cleanish floral and somewhat citric taste, bit sulfury, ending bitter. Eh. Bit unclean but okay.

Can, thx Dan & Vojta! Hazy golden body, off-white head. Buttery, peachy aroma. Sweet taste, ending dry, peach ice tea, bit of grainy maltiness. Okay overall, but not a wow, likely not the freshest.

Bottle 0.75l. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- huge elderflower. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, strongly elderflower, touch of citrus, apple and pear. Medium to fuller bodied.

Tap at 100 piv. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Med-high bitterness, light sweetness. Substantial haziness, basically a classic NEIPA appearance and feeling, only without much juiciness, rather classic citrusy and exotic hops character, lychee. A bit of grassy edge. Overall drinkable, good, but not great, neither very sessionable, nor aromatically intense, nor in any way unique. Good in all respects.

Tap. Sour funky aroma and taste, apricot, plum traces, wine notes, wooden barrel notes, medium sour and bitter. Medium to full body, funky fruity sour and bitter finish. Very good.

Bottle 0.75l, one year aged. Quite clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- very decent, citrusy, hay, lightly ginger, touch of cardamom. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, spicy, some ginger, citrusy, hay. Medium, somewhat syrupy body.

Bottle 0.75l, more than one year aged. Seems clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted, sweet prunes, chocolate. FLAVOR- velvety, neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, touch of alcohol, smooth chocolate, cocoa, plums. Fuller to full bodied. Really good.

Bottle at Base Camp. Med-thin body, med-low carbonation, could use more bubbles. Very subtle neutral character. Med-light apricot, very subtle, also very light hay farmhouse. Quite clean, sophisticated, hints of noble saaziness. Maybe even too clean, but at least extremely drinkable. Overall quite good, but not great.

Tap at Bombovar. Med-thin body, med-light carbonation. Pretty neutral in terms of basic taste, med-light bitterness and sweetness, pretty balanced. Assertive spiciness in flavour, lots of phenolics. Little else, light grassy and hint of general fruitiness. Easy drinking, pretty good.
