After “La Mont-Dore” here is “La Banne”! The adventure continues for us who are passionate about the oldest drink in the world. After 15 years of butchery and delicatessen, 7 years as tenants of the pub "La Taverne" in which our passion was revealed, in the heart of our mountains of the Massif du Sancy, we created in 2017 a micro-brewery " La Mont-Dore.

Very quickly the lack of space and a constant shortage of stock led us to expand to Murat-le-Quaire (small, very welcoming and dynamic village with breathtaking views of the mountains). New start, new name: La Banne.

Atypical recipes for lovers of beautiful flavors. Our specialties: mixed fermentation, aging in wooden barrels, additions of fruit in imperial quantities and hop games.

Kolor ciemny, bordowy, niemal klarowny. Piana w kolorze różowym, dość szybko opada, nie pozostawiając po sobie śladu.
Aromat bardzo silny, wiśniowy, kwaśny, migdałowy, słodki, winny z delikatnym aromatem drewna.
Smak zdecydowanie kwaśny, lekko cierpki, ściągający z finiszem goryczkowym. Goryczka ma charakter owocowych pestek, drewna.
Idealnie ukryty alkohol. Wysycenie wysokie minus. Tekstura szorstka. Ciało średnie. Posmak bardzo długi, kwaśny, owocowy z pestkową, drzewną goryczką w tle.
