Our brewery has existed since 2012 in the high country of Nice in the heart of the County of Nice.

The particularity of our brewery is its geographical location in the mountains at the gateway to Mercantour, in Saint Martin Vésubie (1000 m altitude), where we benefit from perfect natural spring water, taste and PH, for brewing our beers making them unique and inimitable.

Strongly attached to our heritage, passionate about brewing, our team is currently made up of 21 people including 4 brewers.

The beers we offer are made in the tradition of artisan brewers, without coloring, without filtration and without pasteurization, i.e. a 100% artisanal and 100% organic beer made passionately with the fabulous water of Mercantour!

33cl bottle from SPAR in Tende, France. Huge, egg-white, good retention head. Gold, hazy colour. Aroma is bit like saison, malty, floral, hay, orange, bit fruity, bit funky yeasty. Taste is medium malty base, funky, mellow fruity, honey, yeasty touch, spicy herbal, decent harmonic bitterness, dry on the palate, good balanced and enjoyed.

33cl bottle (6,8%) from Carrefour Bio Avenue Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Nice, France. Medium, tanned, average retention head. Dark brown, hazy colour. Aroma is dark malts, light dark fruits, bit coffee, chocolate touch. Taste is medium malty base, raw feeling, some dark malts, wet mop, bit chocolate, coffee touch, quite messy all together but bio so what to expect here.

Taste is medium malty base, bit caramel, honey, ginger touch, medium carbonation, nothing really special here, drinkable.
