33 cL bottle. Pours a dark and hazy mahogany brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is rather roasted malt towards bread. Breadish malt flavoured, medium dry with a roasted note and a subtle bitterness slowly increasing into a dry and lasting finish.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some mild grains as well as mild earthyness. Flavour is grass, grains, mild dough and bready malts. Mild saltwateryness as well.

Bottle from Allen, thanks! Firm grassy hopbitter flavor. Short grassy, slightly malty finish. Indifferent nose. Just above par for a lager.

Very carbonated golden beer to medium white head. End of bottle fully opaque. Resin, rosemary, and, indeed, ginger - very obvious, even a bit too obvious. Even more obvious ginger in the taste, immediately, followed by sweet, even oxydized malts. Very spicey, and wheat-like, despite the grains used. Very spritzy MF, not empty however, like wheatslickness - and yeast. I prefer De Graal’s gingerbeer; yet it is not totally undeserving. Many thanks to Stefaan!

Copper brown clear color, small steady off-white head, lace. Light ashy and chocolaty aroma. Light palate. Ashy and toasty malts. Drinkable, clean but too "easy" - like all of beers from this brewpub.

Slightly hazy yellow color, small creamy head. Aroma of bubblegum and light lemon. Light palate, some bubblegum and banana in the flavor. Refreshing, but lacking depthness.

Golden color, creamy white head. Light hoppy nose with fruity notes. Light fruity hops also in the flavor, bitterish aftertaste. Nicely refreshing and clean lager.

Blond color, generous head. Nice hoppy aroma, probably Saaz. Some malt flavor, but not lasting long, with regular bitterness, not as much good as the aroma. Also the final is too short. Still, above the average Swiss Lager.
