I had a really plesant sensation with this beer, on the way of a pale ale, white IPA, hoppy, citrus, creamy in the mouth, really refreshing, 07.08.17, at Bonfol.

Personnally, I was not convinced by this weiss, the taste is really mineral, limestone, wheat, not so fruity and creamy for the style, 10.12.17, buying it directly at the owner, tasting it at Prélaz.

Classical but it is an interesting beer, that I had bought directly at the brewery. The taste is on the way of lager/export, malty, metalic, 09.09.17, at Prélaz, buying it directly at the brewery.

It is a pleasant dunkel, classical. I think that they don't take risk to make a beer more crazy, outside of the ordinary, malty, bready... 18.12.2017, buying this bottle directly at the brewery in Altstätten Zürich, tasting it at Prélaz.

A classical, good relation price and quality, a nice trip to this increible India, good bitterness, hop, citrus, a bit watery, buying it directly, at the Rampe Verkauf of this brewery, Zürich Altstätten, drinking it at Prélaz, 14.02.2018

In my point of view, it is a decent Bavarian dunkel with good notes of malt, sugar, some ginger bread and hop, sweet at the palate, 10.12.2017

Tap @ Eldorado, Zurich. Unclear golden body with a medium sized white head. Aroma has malt, fruit and oranges. Flavor is sweet malt, medium fruity, some oranges and medium bitterness. Plain, decent, drinkable IPA.

Tap @ Eldorado, Zurich. Clear amber body with a small, lacing white head. Aroma is like a standard macro lager, light malt, grain, grass and caramel. Flavor is medium sweet caramel malt, bread and low bitterness. A very boring beer indeed.

Tap @ Eldorado, Zurich. Almost clear golden body with an average white head. Aroma and flavor is more than less like any other pilsner. Not very exiting, but pretty clean and crsip with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
