Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, nutty, some mild wooden and herbal tones. Flavour is berries, some floral, wooden and mild earthy tones. Aroma is still quite ok, but flavour is having some serious issues of an infection.

Bottle. Cloudy amber, huge white head. Tamed gusher. Yeast, pale malt and coriander aroma. Some citric, sourish notes. Yeasty, malty flavour, light herbal notes. Rough yeast, light citric notes. Hard to cliassify - grandma's secret recipe? Dutch carbonation.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy amber, small head. Intense arome of elderflowers, some pears. Dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Yeasty and minerally with pears, bread and elderflowers. Mid bitter finish. Rustic and unpolished, but interesting and quite good.

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, elderflowers, sweet flowers, light sourish like something. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
