Description

The new branch of Peak Ales created by Brewer Manager Thom Bettney. Off Peak has been a project in the making for about a year now. Slowly, inbetween the main day to day tasks of the brewery, Thom has been developing and brewing recipes on our small 2.5 barrel experimental kit.

4/9/2021. Can shared at Suffolk’s RateBeerian gathering. Bought at the brewery shop. Pours clear, golden, with a frothy white head. Aroma is dank, tropical, citrus, lemon, herbs. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.

Aroma is dank, tropical, citrus, lime, lemongrass, herbal edge. Light to moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tart. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
