Taste is moderately bitter roasty, mildly bitter hoppy, dark malty with subtle residual sweetness, some dark chocolate, dark caramel, a nutty touch, fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of red berries. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Harmonious, balanced, homogeneous - very nice.

Taste is moderately bitter, citrusy fruity, slightly zesty as well as slightly piney hoppy, minimally biscuity and spicy pale malty, hints of lemon, lemongrass, some woody pineapple, a touch of lime, fruit cocktail, hints of salty cracker. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Relatively cautious hop flavours but with quite some (fruity) subtleties, nice mouthfeel - decent.

Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy aroma of bread, grains, some honey and traces of clove. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, a bit yeasty-spicy taste of grains, bread, some honey and a touch of clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little tart-ish finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Drinkable, but quite monotonous overall.
