Draught (5%) @ the brewpub, Zürich. Aroma has resin, tropical fruits and caramel. Also hayish malt and cereal. Flavour has tropical fruits, minerals, some mild caramel notes and grapefruit. A tad too dry.

Draught @ the brewpub, Zürich. Aroma is somewhat mild with some grainy malt and caramel. Flavour has cereal, malt, some mild caramel and mild yeasty tones. Nice, malty and easy to drink.
Doesn’t look like a saison ans flavour is too malty and too low on yeast for the style. An amber ale perhaps? The beer menu said ’saison’ however.

Tap at Linde Oberstrass. Pours dark brown with a big stable light beige head. Aroma of a little roasted malts, mostly liquorice, some toasted malts and caramel - and also spices (cinnamon mostly), but only later as the beer warms up. Body is light, caramel again, some liquorice but less, low bitterness and a smooth carbonation. A bit watery, but it fits the beer well. Great drinkability without getting all too boring, even if the beer isn’t totally exciting.

From tap, 3.8%. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Peachy and light citrusy. Smooth fruity. Crisp hoppy. Dry hoppy, crisp fruity finish.

Tap at Zürifäscht. A slightly hoppy, but rather shy IPA. Mostly resinous and piney, some honey. Rather soft on the palate, low malts. Good drinkability, but rather simple as well. Still, nice to drink.

Tap at Linde Oberstrass as Linde Sommerbier. Some ripe banana and yeast over lots of wheat and grain. Lively but rather low carbonation with a grainy texture. Okay, but not overwhelming.
