500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Minimall herbal-grassy and slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy, minimally husky and biscuity, pale malty aroma, hints of lemon peel, lemon balm, a touch of nettle, elderflower, weak doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is moderately bitter, herbal-grassy and citrusy fruity, hoppy, minimally husky and biscuity, pale malty, hints of lemon peel, lemon balm, nettle, a touch of sorrel, weak hints of protein; lingering, moderately bitter, herbal hoppy finish. Minimally oily, watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Well hopped, light, refreshing - enjoyable.

getrunken in der Luftburg, einem Lokal aus dem Kolarik-Imperium im Wiener Prater, das mir eigentlich äußerst unsympatisch ist, da das zugehöriges Schweizerhaus eine richig grausliche Touristenabzocke ist. Das Bier ist aber im eiskalten Zustand wirklich gut zu trinken. Es hat schöne brotig-teigige Aromen vermischt mit einerfrischen Hefigkeit. Der Hopfen tritt nur am Rande in Erscheinung. WIrklich ein gutes Bier gegen den sommerlichen Bierdurst, aber nur mäßig aromatisch.
