[ As Chodovar Mr. Albi Zimní Speciál ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, vegetables, herbs notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, grass, sweet malt, vegetable notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150228]

Bottled@fonefan. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy, mild toffee as well as some slight salty notes to it. Flavour is grassy, herbal, some bready and a bit toffeeish malts along with a little bit of grains. Nice grassy and herbal aftertaste.

Bottled@fonefan. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is raisins, wood, caramel and some mild rye notes. Flavour is ripe fruity, raisiny, some wooden and mildly earthy notes. Balanced.

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body under small, white head. It’s quite malty on the nose, with a pleasant fruityness. Biscuits, grass and a pine cone touch. Fruity and malty flavor too, with a touch of grass and pine cones. A nice bitterness too. Medium body, quite dry and with a nice carbonation. Lasting grassy and piney finish with a fine bitterness and, unfortunately, a metallic touch that feels rather annoying. Nothing special going on here, but it’s a quite fine pilsner. 150228
