Bottle. It’s an almost clear one, amber to light brown in color and with a small, light beige head on top. The aroma is rather malty, with toffee, some coffee and prunes, and a touch of dark sugar. Coffee and roasted malts dominates the flavor, there’s also some bitterness and dark sugar. Medium body and a soft carbonation. Lasting roasted finish. Not bad this one, although a bit one dimensional. 150228

Shared 500 ml green swingtop bottle at local tasting. Clear golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of herbal hops. Fairly well hopped flavour with a distinct and even sharp bitterness.

En av kveldens siste på denne superhyggelige rbhd-kvelden feb-15: en liten champagnesmell når patentkorken vippes av. Klar, lys gylden med hvitt filmskum. Luftig og lett humle- og maltaroma. Behagelig floral/gressaktig smak med mild bitterhet og litt sødme i ettersmaken. En lys og god pilsner med det lille ekstra som trengs.
