Draft. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as light notes of diacethyl. The flavor is sweet with light notes of diacethyl and caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish where a note of hay lingers. The body is a bit thin.

Draft. A deep red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of caramel as well as medium notes of malt. The flavo ris sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and brown sugar as well as lighter notes of licorice. The body is a bit thin. Reminds me a bit of a Danish Hvidtøl.

Bottle, 5%. Hazy dark amber colour. Very big stable rocky tan head. The flavour is OK malty, slightly sweet. Has a little refreshing acidity, perhaps from the hops.

Bottled (Thanks Bov!). Hazy ambery brown colour with mediumsized beige head. Aroma is coffee, caramel and roasted malts as well as some toffee. Flavour is coffee, toffee and mild roasted notes.

Bottled swing top, as "Zamecke Cerne" (Ice Coffe)" (BB 06/2009). Dark nut brown color, small creamy beige head, some lace. Chocolaty, malty, coffeish nose with an artifical twist. Slight sour (old bottle), caramel malty, aspartam, no bitterness. Probably a bit infected already, quite watery, almost low alco like.

This beer is Easter limited edition. Pale brown coloured, small off-white head, caramel nose with touch of berries. Weak roasted malt, caramel and dark fruits taste with touch of sugar and raisins in the finish. Thin brew.

On tap. Pours a clear deep golden with a dense and creamy off-white head. Clean and lightly sweet malt aroma. Light body yet with a good malt feel. The bitterness is almost completely absent. An easy drink. 280608 and 230808
