On tap at Chuck's Hop Shop - Greenwood, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma brings out deep dry cocoa, robust roasted malt, and a decent hop character. Flavour is robust, with deep roasted malt, ample piney hopping, and dark dry cocoa. Wonderfully robust yet balanced and drinkable on the palate, with relatively low residual sweetness. Excellent.

Taster shared with Matt. Appearance: clody blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice funk and fermented fruits notes. Taste: along the same lines, lots of sourdough yeasts, noticeable hops character. Overall: quite pleasant.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lemon zest, fresh lemon rind, and lacto. Flavour is dry, with a really nice fresh lemon zest, some bugs, sourdough, and lemon rind. Fresh and buggy, with a dry, sourdough finish. Really good.

Draft pour to a tulip at Hop and Hound. Lemonade describes the appearance well. Pale golden in color, with a thin foam head. I've been loving all the Single Hill brews that have made their way here. Lots of variety. Plenty of wheat here, with some lemon like tart to pair. Juicy citrus nose. A touch on the acidic side. It's cool and flavorful, with a sour wheat long lingering finish. It has quite a bite to it. Sharp, but refreshing. Very unique sour. Enjoyed this one.

Draft 13 oz pour enjoyed at Flatstick Pub, Kirkland. Dark lager in the heat, but this one is quite refreshing. Cola brown pour. Smooth taste, with toasty malt, but a cool and refreshing finish. Bready malt bose with hints of toffee and espresso. A bit on the creamy side here. Thicker, flavorful schwarzbier. Totally on board with this brew.

13 oz pour enjoyed on tap at Hop and Hound. Really interesting color here that screams strawberry much more than cherry. Salmonberry pink appearance. Mixed berry nose with plenty of sour indication. Tart forward first sip. Modest cherry, more of a mixed berry constant with a soft wheat side to it. Really juicy and easy drinking. Doesn't really budge on being sweet. Really refreshing and tasty brew.

16 ounce can. Pours a clear (!) orange hue with a medium white head. A light sweet citrus nose. Big sweet oranges, light bitterness, really sweet candied fruit. Solid.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. Another great one here from these guys. A deliious, refreshing, flavorful hazy. Soft peach like hop aroma. A borderline imperial, but doesnt feel that way. Very smooth, juicy body. Ripe fruit notes, juicy hops, cool refreshing finish. Not much more I can ask for out of a hazy. Excellent summer brew here.
