16 oz. can, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has gently dank hops, oily resins, pine, and soft biscuity malt. Flavour is dry, with lots of piney hops, moderate-to-high bitterness, and a hint of dankness. Piney, bitter finish with excellent structure.

16 oz. can, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has tons of dank hops, tangy white wine hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is loaded with NZ hops: tangy, vinous and gooseberry, and gentle dankness. Beautiful hop expresion. Fantastic.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a deep dark amber-tinged brown with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly neutral, with soft toasted malt, not much else. Flavour is very soft, barely seeming like a stout – more like a porter. Nothing offensive but weak and little to enjoy about it.

Pint can pours with a clear pure gold colored body that supports a white head of foam. The aroma offers up grapefruit, lime and then pineapple mixed with tangelo citrus hoppiness. The taste delivers similar character with an interesting blend of grapefruit, lime, pineapple and then a guava sensation. It leans more in the direction of citrus hop bitterness and tanginess while being supported by modest soft sweet juicy guava. This comes across pretty crisp but the hop bill is a little unorganized. Still, solid offering.

Pint can pours with a clear pure gold body that supports a off white head of foam. The aroma offers up white grape, a bit of spicy hops and then tangelo like citrus hoppiness. The taste delivers a pleasing blend of hoppiness coming from a bit of spicy herbal dankness, soft sweet orange marmalade, some bitter grapefruit and then some white wine grape notes toward the finish. I'm digging this as it ends pretty crisp and refreshing.

Dark, thin head, decent sugars, light chocolate, slight alcohol. It's a solid stout from Single Hill.

Hazy and pale, with a thin head. Big, bright aroma full of pineapple, passionfruit, guava and orange. Smells like a dry-hopped sour, actually, a really good one. But it is an IPA, soft pale malt, low bitterness, and the hops are okay but not as bright.

12 oz can. Pours a dark mahogany with a little fuzz but no head. Aromas of caramel, brown sugar, raisins, bran, sweet bourbon, and toasted malts. Flavors of toasted oak, caramel, sweet vanilla, sweet bourbon, subtle whiskey, sweetened raisins, and soft toasted malts. Sweet and sticky with a warm finish. Excellent for a sweet modern Barleywine.
