This bottle is labelled Wies’n-Marzen, but rest of details are good. Golden color with little head. Sour, sharp taste, but overall feel is watery. A little tingly on the palate, with very astringent finish.

Poured into weizen glass dark orange amber, already cloudy as it is unfiltered, the swirl added a milky cloud to the mix. Nice thick creamy head, lots of sticky lacing. Aroma of bananas (duh!) and caramel and baked bread. Flavor is mellow and smooth and not bitter, again very bready. Nice unfiltered weizen from Flotzinger!

50cl Bottle via trade, thanks Bierkoning. Clear cognac amber colour, dense off-white head that dissolves. Aroma of sweet bready malts, roosvicee, toffee, alcohol. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, bread, caramel, alcohol, nice hoppy and alcohol bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Decent bock.
