Dark brown with a medium beige head. Aroma had toasted malt, coffee and hints smoke. Flavor had toasted malt, dark chocolate and hints of smoke. Quite bitter and smoke very subdued.

Hell hefiger, weich karbonisierter Antrunk. Milde Noten von Banane, deutlich herb, insgesamt sinkt die Intensität. Der Alkohol ist erkennbar, wirkt aber nicht wirklich notwendig. Okay. 10/10/10/10/9/10

Bottle courtesy of Roberta Reganati. L'apertura con tappo a macchinetta è col botto e precede il gusto al naso, che è fruttato, agrumato e floreale. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. Le bollicine sono grandi. La carbonazione è media. L'aspetto del liquido è nebbioso. Il perlage è composto da bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è media e frizzante. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. La struttura è cremosa. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è farinoso. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma riporta sentori di miele, biscotto, fieno, agrumi.

330ml bottle. Murky, amber colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty and fruity aroma, notes of banana, lots of clove. Taste is sweet wheaty, notes of banana and clove; well hidden alcohol. Still sweet but in no way tacky, nevertheless not as dry as one might expect considering the usage of champagne yeast. Instead featuring a lack of yeast spiciness - rather clean for the style and simply ruminating the hackneyed banana and clove topic in the end.

Bottle, 5%. Slightly hazy amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, caramel and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, grainy, little peach, little citrus, medium sweet, hop, grass and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, straw, fruits, citrus and has a nice bitter finish.
