Bottle at home as I work my way around the NY cideries. Pale color and bubbly. Nose some green apple and 7up. Takes like an alco pop. It not too sweet. Some champagne and yeast and apple skin. Watery and fizzy.

Hearty pours at Jimmy43’s Harvest Beer & Cider Sessions. Couldn’t get an answer on the apples used or where all the labor is going on. Happy & passionate, I thought they deserved a solid look.
Wine glass. Clear, pale straw/sandy, bubbly body. Fizzy soda head.
Scent is early half sour green grapes, lemon zest, & some rounding apple skin.
Tart & spritzy upfront. Sharp & green/raw. Soda-like acidity. Alkaline. Very decent bouquet of fruit zests. Non-descript bittersweet apples in the background. Inoffensive. Clean. Refreshing. Forgettable.
So they don’t grow their own apples & the product is more sparkling apple wine then cider. Still, not bad at all for a "premium" product. Comparable to something like Crispin’s standard 4-pack lineup. A little better then those, & according to them, a whole lot more natural.
