Wieder ein cooles Bier von der Braumeisterin mit den Rastazöpfen. Auch hier wird penibel auf das Auftreten und das Marketing geachtet. Das Bier ist ein Wiener Lager nach neuer Interpretation mit einem stark malzbetontem Körper. Wohl ein gutes Bier, für mich aber zu viel Schnickschnack.

Die Muttermilch-Brauerei wurde vom Ammersin-Craftbier-Shop BeerLovers initiiert. Dabe werden viele Collaboration-Biere mit auch ausländischen Brauereien gebraut. Mir persönlich ist die Michung aus coolem Craft und Wiener Dialekt zu übertrieben. Das Pils ist aber ein gutes, frisches Bier mit einer angenehmen eigenständigen Hopfenbittere.
Bottle, thanks Michael! First, a nose of cooked veggies. It get's better, with notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate and indeed coffee.

Hazy orange with large head. Aroma is bitter mandarin banana a bit green coriander some other fruits. Taste is bitter orange with some hops. Juicy sweetness. Drinkable but a bit of a hop burn. Ok.

Bottle. Grey cloudy golden, offwhite cream. Dry mineral spicy nose, some perfume and grassy hops. Medium light mellow body, dry spicy, banana bread, milkshake and grass finish.

Bottle, many thanks Tara! Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is wheat, caramel, fresh yeast, farty. Taste is wheat, caramel, a bit grassy, bitter finish. Silky mouthfeel with medium to high carbonation. Alright, but a bit aggressively bitter.

On tap at Mel's Craft Beer & Diner, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small beige head. Nose brings out caramel malts and bready notes. Flavour is quite fruity, with plenty of red fruits, some caramel, and bready malt. Fruity and malty, with a lightly sweet finish. Pretty solid stuff.

On tap at Mel's Craft Beer & Diner, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small medium white head. Aroma brings out herbal and grassy hops, with a crisp biscuity malt base. Flavour is crisp, with a nice grassy hoppy punch and a crisp crackery malt. Clean and punchy. Good stuff.
