Bottle from Vienna thanks to Jacob. Deep amber with a thin, frothy, white head. Grain and caramel aroma. Moderate sweet up front with a low-key, grainy and mineral bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Simple, easy-drinking. Okay.

Bottle picked up by Jacob in Vienna and shared with him at home. Deep amber with a frothy, white head. Very herbal aroma—a mix of spruce and thyme with a mild fruitiness underneath. Taste is herbal bitter. There’s a slight sweetness underneath, both medicinal and fruity. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Brewed in cooperation with Saint Charles Organics and supposedly a Naturheilmittel. Good in small doses.

From tap at Mel’s Craft Beer & Diner in Vienna 14.08.21. Translucent golden. Dense and persistent white head and lacing. Quite malty taste and aroma. Fine taste of Czech style hops in lingering aftertaste, with succade and meadows.
