Hinter dem Munich Brew Mafia stehen zwei kreative Köpfe, die ihr Handwerk gelernt haben. Als Diplombraumeister und Bier-Sommerlier hat Dario Stieren das Wissen und die Leidenschaft. Da steht ihm sein Geschäftspartner Niklas Zerhoch um nichts nach. Zusammen brechen sie mit Bierkonventionen und ihre Interpretationen eines Craft Beer nehmen eine Reise um die Welt. Technisch ausgefeilt und mit viel Herz für das Brauen gehen sie immer neue Wege und setzen Akzente in der wachsenden Craft Beer Szene. Deshalb sollte man diese zwei jungen ""Mafia"" Paten aus München unbedingt im Auge behalten und sich die ein oder andere Schöpfung von ihnen kaufen. Immer nur so lange der Vorrat reicht - deshalb schnell zuschlagen und genießen.

Tap. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is cat piss, roasted malts. Taste is roasted malts, bready, bitter dry finish. Low carbonation. Alright.

Tap. Dark amber color with small tan head. Aroma is caramel malts, berries. Taste is caramel malts, a bit sweetish fruity, low carbonation. Quite sticky, but easily drinkable.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is... gasoline, vanilla, Belgian ale. Taste is vanilla, not really smoky. Low carbonation. Ok.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Citrus-laden hoppy aroma with notes of lemon and grapefruit on a mildly pale malty background. Moderately bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Fruit-accented hoppy taste, almost perfumed citric but nevertheless with a moderately malty backbone; dry-ish lemony hoppy and not too bitter finish. Somewhat extreme but not bad. 04.VI.16

Bottle from Biervana. Is that really a pilsener? With the hard carbonation and its fruitiness? Anyway, the citra lemon is strong with this one and shines over everything. Bitter and dry at the same time. Some off onion in the far back. Nice.

Bottle at home, 16th April 16. Pours star colour and clear. Aroma is slight citrus, some yeast. Taste is flavoursome, citrus, slight pine, some yeast and good bitterness.
