Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent coppery gold with a slight white head. Aroma is floral/earth over something suggesting light treacle. Med body, almost. Flavor is a bit, but light, roast malt with some floral and earth. I think there’s fruit, but I have to focus on that. It’s mostly earthy floral. Not a trace of citrus IMO. I’m thinking there’s something a bit off UK bitter, but I could easily be wrong there. However, it’s something marvelous as it is. Not saying it takes me back over the pond, but makes me reflect on our cousin’s productions. It’s really good for 3.5%, and the UK bitters are good at that, so all’s copacetic.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours dark brn/blk with no head - just a few bubbles. Aroma is treacly. It’s a bit thin. Flavor is bitter malt, rather light on the treacle side. Low ABV means it’s rather dry? Cause it is. It’s a little earthy, bitterly malty, and I’m drawn to conclude that it’s somewhat chocolatey. Very sessionable IMHO.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours brown with a creamy beige head. Malty aroma. Med +body. Flavor is mostly malt - about as much hop as an English bitter. Nice try given the 4.3%, but it would be better with more alcohol.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Levi’s place. Thanks Levi. Dark brown to black. Aroma of roast, coffee, chocolate. Roasty flavor, dry, quite bitter, burnt, ashy. Quite light-bodied.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber orange, small white head, dissipates fairly quickly, some lacing. Aroma is bready, caramel, a bit floral and grassy. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, leafy to the point of vegetal, tea, some light citrus. A hint of acidity as well. Not doing it for me; too much tea coming through, not enough bready malts.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours light gold with a white head. Aroma of stone fruit and a bit of noble hop. Med body, almost. Flavor is fruit, hints of herb, and something like a wheat/malt mix for back bone. It’s all very light in flavor, but the hop persists throughout. Decent laidback ale.
