5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Cloudy dark yellow with quickly fading head and nice lacing. Aroma is candied orange, pineapple, coconut cream. Taste is pineapple rind, coconut, citrus. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied, smooth texture, average carbonation and crisp, dry finish as taste with lingering mild bitterness. Overall, good to style.

Taste is strong milk chocolate, pleasantly bitter roasted malt with hint of coffee. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with creamy, smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent complexity. Delicious.

5 oz. pour from the cask as part of a flight at the brewery. It's a clear dark amber (iced tea-to maple syrup) with beige head and good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is roasted earthy malt, mild caramel. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not the sweet, caramelly Scottish Ale I'm used to but well made.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours brown with a creamy beige/tan head. Aroma impression is chocolate. Med body or nearly. Flavor is a thinnish chocolate, sort of cocoa. There’s a little oily nuttiness. I’m not a huge brown ale fan, but it’s as good as most and better than many. Finishes dryer than expected.
