Keg at the brewery during the March 2023 Prohibition Speakeasy Road Trip, 3/10/23. Hazy pale orange, medium off-white head, good retention. Aroma of dank, grapefruit, resin. Maybe that’s the taste? Didn’t finish my notes. I did note moderate bitterness. I just MAY have been MILDLY intoxicated at this point. Maybe.

16oz can from the brewery, canned yesterday. Really fresh and lovely NE IPA, extra soft and pillowy body. This iteration, Chapter 4, has Citra, Simcoe, Sabro. The Simcoe gives it some depth. The Sabro is big too, but works well with the other two. Phenomenal mouthfeel, great flavors, respectable balance for the style. Nails it.

16oz can from the brewery. Classic filtered yellowed tan look. Frothy white head. Pleasant zesty, peppery, deep noble hop aroma. Clean and easy drinking, but a real quality feel. Clean, bready malt/yeast tone. Perfect steady rolling hop balance. Really good for the style.

16oz can from the brewery. A pretty delicious medium dark Czech style beer. Awesome bready malt tones, touched by rich specialty malts. Doesn't really have and amber malt notes to me whatsoever, so perhaps not the truest to style there. Great lager tone, rich but clean.

16oz can. Pretty shabby offering. Cherry puree/syrup really doesn't compare to the real thing...so that component pretty much sucks flavorwise, and the color is purple-red and artificial looking. Sabro adds some odd dry, woody cococnut undercurrents. All around just an unenjoyable mess of a beer.

16oz can. 3 months old so not expecting much. Still has a really nice aroma, but it takes awhile to pour, a little overcarbonated/massive head. Lemon lime tones, lupulin nectar. Pleasant ABV, gives it some heft but nothing overboard. Really intense hop tone, I'd assume this was pretty awesome and intense fresh. Still holds up. Good stuff.
