Pours a dark, reddish-brown, with mid-sized head. Aroma has some hops and some malt, but is kind of muted. Flavor favors the malt, with some slight hoppiness in the background. Not terrible, but not very distinguished either.

Bottle from Premier Wine and Spirits in Osseo. Pours a clear, golden-yellow, with middling head. Aroma has some grass and floral notes. The Belgian yeast is also quite pronounced in the aroma. Flavor is a little sweet, a little sour. There’s a touch of brett, some grassiness. Not too distinguished.

Winterfest 2016. Unfortunately it smells like butter, so something has gone wrong. Solid flavor, coconut and lightly roasted malt. Light brown color. Palate is a little bit light.
