Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 16, 2021. Aroma is super fruity with lots of passion fruit, tangerine, gooseberry, and lighter notes of grapefruit and pine resin. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a very clear, brilliant gold color with a medium large, thick, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Rather high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Rather large hop notes of passion fruit, gooseberry, tangerine, and lighter notes of grapefruit and pine resin. Light dank notes linger into the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid IPA with lots of great hop notes. Solid bitterness and balanced malt and alcohol notes.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 23, 2021. Aroma is fruity with lots of passion fruit, mango, tropical citrus, grapefruit, orange and dank, resinous, oily pine notes. Medium light cracker malt notes and a bit of alcohol. Pours a very clear, brilliant, yellow-gold with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Fairly high lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Fairly high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Lots of grapefruit, orange, berry and passion fruit notes with quite a bit of oily, dank pine notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid West Coast IPA though there is a slightly odd, vegetal hop note that I don't love. Balanced malt notes that work well with the lingering hops and bitterness.

Can to glass from City Beer. Pours golden-amber and clear with small white head. Really resiny on the aroma, flavor is dank and oily. Alcohol is very pronounced and overpowers the beer a bit.
