Keg at the brewery, 5/26/19, thanks to Kaleb Z. Clear orange, large creamy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of yeast, bready malt, spice, plum, stone fruit. Taste it toffee, cherry, plum, bread, mild spice. Full bodied, mild booziness.

Keg at the brewery, 5/26/19, thanks to Kaleb Z. Forgot to take appearance notes. Aroma of pepper, turmeric, roots, earth, spice, herbal notes. Taste is lime, lemon, earth, turmeric. Medium bodied, mild lingering spice and some lingering bitterness. Well done... I found this fascinating.

On tap at GTMW 2017. Pours a hazy orange gold with an off-white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces slightly. Aroma has earthy grains, grass, earthy citrus and a hint of onion. Flavor has earthy grains, straw, grass and a bit of citrus underlying.

On tap at GTMW 2017. Pours a clear very light yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of smokey bacon and pulled pork with a touch of light tart fruits underlying. Flavor is quite thin but has smokey bacon, grass and a hint of tartness.

16oz can. Deep amber cornered brown body. Sort of excessive beige head makes me think mild infection. Mildly nutty and smooth, but the mild infection throws it off. After my first two Public purchases, I am fairly certain they are a pretty lackluster brewery. Infection tone comes off more in the aroma. Pretty shabby stuff.

16oz can. After the first one not so excited I scooped a 4pack. Murky unfiltered copper body. Steady off white head. Not off, but not that much finesse either. For how much the Mosaic is broadcast on the label, it certainly isn’t that impressive. Seems like it has some more diesel bittering hop doing most of the work. Grows on me some, it is like an antiquated APA with Mosaic I suppose. OK.
