Bottle from Abseits Café, Bamberg
Blond color, light for a Bock; small head. The aroma is light, sweet maybe, I would say poor. The mouthfeel is round, although the body is not too strong; the flavor is sweeter than a regular Bock, but the malt flavor is very subdued; medium to low bitterness; some alcohol perception in the end, but light. Somehow a refreshing character, for a Bock, but really nothing special.

2011-02-13, draught at Café Abseits, Bamberg, 7-3-8-3-15=35
Amber color; small creamy head. The aroma is light, but nice malt and delicate hop. The flavor is well malted, excellent, although dry; correct bitterness; the final is a bit weak, but sweetish. Interesting.
2010-05-19, bottle at Plan B, 5-3-5-2-11=26
Hazy blond color. The aroma is not very rich; there is hay, cereals, and just light good malt, very light honey. Simple flavor, weak, to much papery, dry but with saccharin sweetness. Low bitterness. Easy.
