Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and straw. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of bread and straw as well as light notes of citrus, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottle 50cl.Unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheaty, moderate yeasty, banana, rubber notes light. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (Bottle on 2009-02-07) Dark brown and cloudy. Medium sized and quite quickly disappearing white head. Malts and light smokiness in aroma. Full bodied palate with medium carbonation. Malts, fresh malts, caramell, smoke and hint of dark chocoate in taste. Smoke and bitterness in aftertaste.

Bottled (from beerangel.de). Slightly hazy golden orange colour with big white head. Aroma is dry wood along with some hay and grains, some slight caramel malts noteable too. Flavour is quite pleasant caramel malts along with wooden and grassy hoppy notes. Easy to drink, and gets some dark chocolateish notes as it gets warmer. Smooth.

Bottled (from beerangel.de). Reddish amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Some lace. Aroma is sweet caramel mixed with wood, sap and mild notes of leather. Flavour is quite strong leather along with some caramel malts and mild spices. Bittery finish. A very nicely balanced brew. Actually not very exciting tastes or aromas, but still one of the most pleasant German beers I’ve had in a long time. This probably is one of those that just suits me good as hell.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Vague mouldy aroma, light banana fruity and wheaty. Sweet wheaty and banana fruity flavoured. Medium sweet estery on the back of the tongue and nose. Light yeasty too. Mild estery note.

Cloudy amber with a large off white head. Malty aroma with grainy notes. Flavour was sweet malty wtih caramel and hoppy notes. Finished bitter.
