Klare strohgelbe Farbe; feinporige, stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase getreidig, viel helles Malz, grasiger und leicht blumiger Hopfen. Im Geschmack ein sehr reines und frisches Aroma, wunderbar malzig und getreidig, hintergründiger aber hochwertiger Hopfen, milde Bittere, schlanker bis mittlerer Körper, trocken mit dezenter Süße.

Klare kupferrote Farbe; stabile, überwiegend feinporige Schaumkrone. In der Nase malzbetont, fruchtig mit roten Beeren, Honig, leicht röstmalzig. Im Geschmack kraftvoll und aromatisch, sehr malzig, deutliche Hopfenbittere, relativ kräftiger Körper, trocken mit ganz dezenter Süße, schöne Frische und sehr süffig. Insgesamt ein absolut überzeugendes Rotbier.

Bottle. Clear amber/copper with a festive white head. Aroma of caramel, grains and herbs. Taste of malts, grains, caramel and herbs. Slightly spicy. Low to moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Very balanced and süffig. Nice one.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, minimally strawy, pale malty background, hints of pineapple, lemon, some mirabelle, husky overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, husky, pale malty and moderately bitter, citrusy and tropical fruity hoppy, hints of pineapple, mirabelle, some lemon, a touch of protein.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Mild, a bit rural, pretty far away from a West Coast IPA, but somehow a nicely hopped Zwickel Ale (if that would exist) - enjoyable.

0,5 l swing top bottle from a local Hol´Ab! market. BB 25.12.26. Cloudy yellow golden with a more than one finger white foamy head. Citrus fruity aroma, some grape in the background. Taste is more on the grape side, citrus in the second row, pale grainy. Light. Increasing mid bitterness. Dry malty in the aftertaste. Little bit above average carbonated.

Dorada brillante muy limpia y de espuma blanca abundante y duradera. Aroma escaso, ligeramente cereal. En boca es suave, bien de gas, agradable sabor malteado ligeramente dulce, con contrapunto seco, moderadamente amargo y cítrico. Buena helles.
