Aufgrund der Verwechselbarkeit mit vielen Burg-Brauereien anderer Gemeinden erhält die Brauerei in 1966 den Namen Kaiser Bräu. Die Biere werden ebenfalls unter der Markenbezeichnung Kaiser distribuiert.
Für eine weitere Entwicklung der Brauerei war auch die beengte Lage im Ortskern von Neuhaus nicht ausreichend, und so errichteten wir im Auwald eine neue großzügige und ausbaufähige Braustätte. Seit 1991 werden in dieser neu erbauten Braustätte am Auwald mit modernster Brautechnologie und optimaler Qualitätssicherung Biere hergestellt und abgefüllt.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque yellow with a small, yet lacing, white head. Fresh, intense lemonade aroma. Light body, sweet lemonade and nothing much else, with no bitterness whatsoever. Lemon pop - with no sticky, artificial sweetness. 161125

0,5 l swing top bottle from a local Hol´Ab! market. BB 25.12.26. Cloudy yellow golden with a more than one finger white foamy head. Citrus fruity aroma, some grape in the background. Taste is more on the grape side, citrus in the second row, pale grainy. Light. Increasing mid bitterness. Dry malty in the aftertaste. Little bit above average carbonated.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a neat, white head. Yeasty, malty nose. Medium body, rather sweet malts with a hint of fresh, floral hops and just sufficient bittering hops for balance. Unrefined and good. 151025

Dorada brillante muy limpia y de espuma blanca abundante y duradera. Aroma escaso, ligeramente cereal. En boca es suave, bien de gas, agradable sabor malteado ligeramente dulce, con contrapunto seco, moderadamente amargo y cítrico. Buena helles.

Dorada limpia y brillante de espuma blanca de buena consistencia y duración media. Aroma cereal, grano y notas especiadas. En boca es bastante seca y de amargor entre moderado e intenso. Buena carbonatación que la hace refrescante y sabor típico de las cervezas Pilsen con base malteada cereal. Y contrapunto lupulado de caracter ligeramente herbal y especiado.

Dorada clara, bonita espuma blanca duradera. Aroma no muy marcado, cereal. En boca es bastante redonda, equilibrada, delicada en paladar, fina en sabor entre grano cereal y notas especiadas y secas. Refrescante muy bebible. Buena helles.

Copper/ amber with a tan head. Notes of toasted malts, light roasted bits, and light berry fruit. Finish has a nice and deep toasted malt profile. Medium bodied. A nice beer.
