Klares kupferfarbenes Bier; gemischtporige mäßig stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase malzig-würzig, leicht kräutriger Hopfen, Honig. Im Geschmack würzig, deutlich malzig, honigartige aber nicht zu intensive Süße, mittlerer Körper, dezente Hopfenbittere.

Bottle at Café Brecht, Amsterdam. Nicely malty aroma with caramel, toffee, soft notes of dried fruits, dark bread. Medium sweet, lightly bitter. Medium body. Good Märzen.

Bottle from The Beer Cave. Clear amber body with an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of toffee and toast. Flavour of caramel, earth and honey. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Sweet and moreish. Really enjoyed this.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Birthday gift off the missus. Clear light amber. Lovely thickness on a glossy just off white foam. Nose has fruited tea loaf. Some hedgerow fruit hoppage. A touch toasty. Taste has fruity sweetness with firm leafy hop bitterness. Smooth and full bodied with carbonation that keeps things light. Leafy bitterness to finish. A marzen up my street.
