The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.
Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Bottle @ home. Unclear pinkish body, almost like watermelon juice under a small, fast disappearing white head. Aroma dominated by acidic raspberries. Taste is mild sweet pale malt, raspberries, balanced acidity and after a while also strawberries, apple cider with a slightly woody bitterness. Fine body with a nice aftertaste. Nice and refreshing.
Funky. Cherry and weirdness. Bit of smoke. Pretty good. Quite weird.

Bottle at the air bnb, thanks to Fergus, wee hours 10/02/24. Hazed orange with a thin white crown that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange peel, hint of apricot, papaya, mandarin, damp cloth, hay bale. Taste comprises sharp citric flesh, hedgerow, herb, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic spike. Decent.
