Tap at the St Albans beer festival 2023 a light hazed reddish amber coloured pour with a a off white head. Aroma is sour musty funk, red currant, cranberry sour, tangy lemon, medium funk, granny Smith apple,damson, prickly fruit, mineral, sour lemon citrus. Super prickly mineral. Powdery tangy. Ok. Prickly blackcurrant. Chalky. Nice.

Aroma is nice, semi sweet, cherry, woody raspberry, cherry cordial, light funk. Airy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet deep cherry. Woody raspberry, airy mineral, mellow funk, zippy lacto. Palate is tart, airy carbonation. Tannin, lovely funky fruit character.
