Bottle split at L6, thanks to Fergus, 02/03/23. Almost clear golden orange with an off white covering that veers edgewards. Nose is tarte fruit esters, straw, grains, rhubarb stem, light barnyard tones. Taste comprises herb, rhubarb, hedgerow, funk, hay bale, vanilla oak, tarte berry notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic ripple. Decent.

Keg @ The Boot. Misty pale yellow appearance, thin sheet of bubbles atop. Nice bright mixed ferm complexity with light rhubarb hints. Expected a bit more rhubarb to shine through, definitely lacks a vibrant fruity profile, but still enjoyable all the same.

Draft, half pint. @Cork and Cage, Birmingham (UK). 18/02/2023 [#5.936 Global - #702 England - #7 Crossover Blendery] Pours pale red with a lacing head. Aroma: elderflower, red fruits, and plums. Taste: tart plums, wild berries and wine barrels. Very good. Next one please!

Keg at Cork and Cage, Stirchley, 18/02/23. Cherry red/Plummy looking with a crimson cap. Nose is tangy berry skins, vanilla oak, funk, damp hay, berry pips. Taste comprises plum, raspberry yoghurt, funk, damp cloth, more vanilla oak notes, hay bale, dusty red berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte puckering close. Decent kit.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours mostly clear gold with a fluffy, white head. Lightly sweet flavour, moderate funk, some peppery notes, light lemony tang, grassy rhubarb. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean, quenching finish. Good stuff.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting. 2023-03-02. . A mostly clear bright orange coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is nice rhubarb, custard, gently sour. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart rhubarb, fizzy rhubarb chews, gentle sour, light sour funk. Palate is semi sweet, tart, highish carbonation, prickly.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Cloudy reddish orange pour with a white head. Nose is red fruits, plum jam, oak. Taste is tart red fruits, strawberry sherbet, oak, more plum jam. Quite salty. Jammy sour fruity finish.

On tap at The Low Key Taproom Ashford cloudy red orange colour lasting white pink head. Attractive fruit sour aroma. Decent raspberry flavour. Some plums. Some sweet plums. Slight sour aroma. I thought pretty good and authentic fruit sour lambic like. Its actually pretty good.
